• Hosting provider and analytics (e.g., Plausible or Google Analytics) — these services may collect anonymized usage data such as page views, referrers, and browser information.

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Security & Confidentiality (Manuscripts and Project Materials)

Manuscripts, drafts, and related project materials submitted for beta reading are treated as confidential. Files are stored securely during the project and access is limited to the site owner and any authorised collaborators. The site owner will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request prior to receiving your manuscript.

By default, manuscripts are retained only for the duration of the project. You may request deletion of your files after the project completes; the site owner will confirm when deletion has occurred. If you prefer to grant temporary access via Google Docs (view/comment) instead of uploading a file, note that on the contact form and the site owner will accommodate where possible.

The site may use third-party services (for example cloud storage, email providers, or Google services) to facilitate the work. Those providers have their own privacy practices; the site owner will not share your manuscript with third parties except with your explicit permission or as required by law.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
